Dearest Creatures

How I have missed writing to y`all and subsequent replies with news, views and contact from dear friends and family.

Covid had rather dampened ones enthusiasm .

But it was not all boring, on the recommendation of a chum ,and after a dreadful amorous encounter, I have had testosterone implants( small as grains of sand) ; delivered ,just under the skin,  accompanied by implants of oestrogen and progesterone. In the autumn of 2020

Better than Viagra……………

Took two lovers, within two weeks of the male hormone kicking in. One ,rather idiotically was a rather “guapo”, quite handsome , neighbour. Foolish ,although great sex, so terminated our liaison and we are now both ill at ease. I adore his dog a Golden Retriever. 

The other was a darling American friend ; who I explained what my overriding need was and he sweetly obliged in trysts when and where required.

You will be relieved to read , that have now learnt  to temporize myself, since the latest  boosters( every 5months).

Would recommend for men and women ….energetic  and moist is how I would describe it.

Bridge Club went on line to excellent BBO ( Bridge Base Online). The consensus by Lakeside Bridge Club members is we all prefer this facility to getting dressed , dragging ourselves, by driving, to the club, putting up with certain rude players who make patience more than a virtue. Plus no-one leads out of turn …….Ahem..

What`s not to like?

Julian, John and Sonny are my brill partners. A Scot, A Brit and a Southern Gentleman. The two UK Islanders live between here and North of the Border. So now when they return to their large gardens I can still play with them , online .

Yaay .

Tennis has had to stop ( knee ,hamstring etc ) so swimming in the Club and Yoga have superseded the donning of short skirts and sports brassieres.

My chum David said to me one day “Give it up now ( tennis) so you can walk and dance normally for the rest of your life:”

Sage words as he was a sports nut: skiing on water and snow, competitive tennis, football player in High school etc.  Today he sports a slight limp, thus on this matter , he is a guru.

Thus  playing at the beloved Midhurst tennis Club will have to be eschewed on return .

But , this being Mexico , I can go dancing in tons and squids of places. Restaurants with live bands abound here. El Barco , La Bodega , Scallions, etc etc…

Have been to the Pacific Ocean resort of Manzanillo, stayed in the” sisters” beach house of my dear chum Christina Diaz. The brothers have a beach house in Puerto Vallarta. Thus all was calm .The sisters stagger their visits so no-one has to see anyone.

The Federals with Guns overseeing the delivery and administration of Vaccine Astra Zeneca. :

Have had 1st Astra Zeneca and next week is 2nd dosage . A lot of American friends are flying to the States to get theirs.

As ever am endeavoring   to be a polyglot  , Spanish finally turned the corner and , if I listen carefully , can follow and reply to Spanish speaking amigos. The French gets a goodly work out with  dearests Roro (Belgian  )  Myriam(playing mexican train and sipping wine, Luxembourgish) and recently  Marie Chantal (French),who by the way returned to Paris to be a grand mere(abuela).for the first time. Anyway , My beloved Brother Timothy on the North Island of New Zealand, had a terrible time with a tumour on the brain. Luckily is on that wonderful set of Islands , receiving exemplary care . Happy to say he is in the Final Furlong and the Finishing Post is in sight

Anyway must dash as have chums coming for supper. Coq au Vin prepared by a French Chum and Caterer. Yup still vegetarian .xxxxx
